CBILS for Commercial Property: Flexible Commercial Mortgages
Government-backed CBILS are now available as commercial mortgage replacements and we are happy to reveal that we are working with a new lender that covers asset classes including hospitality venues, industrial units, light Industrial sites, care homes, prime retail space, and office buildings.
Exclusive Short-Term Commercial Mortgage CBILS
We’re delighted to be working in collaboration with funders who are supported by the British Business Bank to help provide loans under the Coronavirus Business Interruption Loan Scheme (CBILS).
Until now, the short-term commercial loans market has been relatively underserved by the CBILS proposition. That’s why we’re pleased to announce that we have access to an exclusive short-term commercial lending product for UK SMEs, helping them get back on their feet, raise equity or purchase properties.
Key features of this CBILS product include:
- Loan size from £250,000 to £5m
- Terms of up to 24 months
- Lenders fees, legal costs and interest covered by the Government for the first 12 months
How Can We Help Your Business?
Over the past few months, Pure Property Finance has helped clients restructure their existing loans, which has been a much-needed lifeline for many.
We have access to approved, specialist CBILS lenders and can help secure you much-needed finance to assist your business. So, if you need to refinance an existing commercial mortgage or want to pull equity out of your commercial properties, then contact us about CBILS today.
