Welcoming Brooke Taylor – Commercial Finance Specialist

We are very pleased to be welcoming Brooke Taylor to the team! Brooke brings an extensive expertise in commercial finance. She’s passionate about finding the right solutions for her clients and making the process as smooth as possible.

If you’re a business owner or know someone in need of commercial lending advice, Brooke is here to help. We’re delighted to have her on board and can’t wait to see the positive impact she’ll have.

“I’ve worked in the finance industry since 2020, starting as a Mortgage Packager and working my way up to a Senior Advisor. Along the way, I started to specialise in Bridging and Commercial Finance, with a particular interest in Commercial lending. I love working directly with clients and introducers to make the impossible seem possible. Helping clients secure finance and supporting them on their property journey is incredibly fulfilling. Introducing John Morris – Self-Employed Mortgage Advisor

We’re also excited to welcome John Morris to the team as a self-employed mortgage advisor. John’s wealth of experience in the mortgage industry means he’s perfectly equipped to help clients with everything from first-time purchases to refinancing and buy-to-let investments.

John takes the time to understand each client’s unique needs and provides clear, tailored advice. If you’re considering your next property move or reviewing your current mortgage, John is ready to assist.

When asking John how he feels about joining pure he said – “I am excited to join Pure to be able to offer my clients a one stop shop for all their 1st charge, 2nd charge, commercial and bridging needs”

Congratulations to Tom Rowlands – Our New Managing Director

A big congratulations are in order for Tom Rowlands, who has been promoted from Sales Director to Managing Director. Tom has been a key driver of our success, and his strategic vision and leadership skills make him the ideal person to guide us into the future.

As Managing Director, Tom will focus on growing our business, supporting our team, and continuing to deliver exceptional service to our clients. We’re confident he will lead us to even greater achievements.

Both Brooke and John have joined us since January, and they’re already making a great start. These new additions are part of our commitment to growth, and we’re excited to see what else 2025 holds for the Pure Property Finance team.
