We’re proud and excited to reveal we have been shortlisted for not just one, not two, but five categories at the 2021 Business Moneyfacts Awards.

What Are The Business Moneyfacts Awards?

The Business Moneyfacts Awards are an annual, independent recognition of product excellence and outstanding service across a vast range of financial services.

They seek to celebrate business and the commercial banking sector and highlight the nominees’ dedication to innovation.

All winners are presented with an awards badge – a logo which is seen as a trusted symbol of excellence within the industry.

What Has Pure Been Shortlisted for?

Pure Property Finance has been shortlisted in the following five categories:

  1. Commercial Finance Specialist Distributor of the Year
  2. Buy-to-Let Mortgage Broker of the Year
  3. Commercial Mortgage Introducer of the Year
  4. Development Finance Broker of the Year
  5. Invoice Finance Broker of the Year

Pure has been a finalist, commended and highly commended for numerous Business Moneyfacts Awards over the years – you can see a selection of our awards and accreditations here – so, let’s hope that in 2021 we are equally successful. You can see who we are up against with the full shortlist, here.

The winners are set to be revealed at an official ceremony at Evolution London on Thursday 15th April 2021.

Following a career in Barclays, where Ben was in the real estate finance team for 8 years, he decided that the market needed a more forward-thinking type of commercial brokerage so founded Pure Commercial Finance (now Pure Property Finance), the first company within the Pure Group.

Ben has extensive experience across the real estate sector and has participated in over £2bn of real estate transactions during the course of his career.

Ben oversees the general strategy at Pure Group and works with the senior leadership team to drive the Group forward. Ben is also on the Executive Committee of FIBA.
