Pure Commercial Finance Makes Multiple Senior Appointments
The beginning of 2016 has been very successful for our dedicated team here at Pure Commercial Finance and we are proud to announce we have decided to expand our staff with three senior appointments to our regional team.
Two New Business Development Managers Help with UK Expansion
Joining the team are two experienced Business Development Managers, Charlotte Rayson and Afsheen Gul, who will focus on our company expansion into the Midlands, London and the South East. Their role will be to support our sector-leading commitment to supporting the broker and refer community.
Rayson joins the team with 15 years’ experience working in the financial services industry for some of the UK high street’s biggest lenders. Whereas Gul has a blended career history, spending years in both banking and commercial finance, as well as business development and relationship management. She has most recently worked for banking giant, Santander.
Commenting on her new role, Rayson said:
“I am looking forward to bringing my financial services and customer service experiences to Pure. They have quickly developed a strong reputation among the brokering and lender communities, and I am delighted to be part of their successful expansion across the Midlands.”
Gul also commented on her new job, saying:
“I share Pure’s commitment to providing excellent service and the best possible outcomes for our clients. My experience in business development means I will be able to help our clients to achieve their goals of growing and developing their businesses.”
Third New Staff Member is Industry Specialist
The third new member to the team is established sector specialist, Peter Caldicott. Peter has more than 20 years’ experience working in finance and has held multiple senior management roles, including positions as National Head of Barclays’ Commercial Broker Proposition and National Head of Business Development at HSBC.
On joining the team, he said:
“I am delighted to be involved with this dynamic and growing business.
“Pure is making a significant investment in bringing together a high calibre team, dedicated to building strong relationships with brokers and clients. I am impressed with what they have achieved already and look forward to working with them, to position Pure as the go to broker for commercial finance.
“What sets Pure apart from the pack is that, in a short space of time, they have worked with so many lenders – 32 in total, which gives them a truly whole-market offering. Coupled with a combined five decades of experience among its underwriting team, Pure is demonstrating a creative and highly effective approach to structuring commercial finance.”
Welcome to the Team!
Everyone at Pure Commercial Finance would like to wish the new recruits a warm welcome and our Client Relationship Director, Jamie Ringer, has commented:
“It is great to have the expertise of Charlotte Rayson and Afsheen Gul on board as our new Business Development Managers. Both are key to developing our active portfolios in the Midlands, London and the South East.
“I am also excited that Peter Caldicott has agreed to join the team as an advisor. As a prominent and influential figure, he has an unrivalled knowledge of the commercial finance industry – we are delighted to have him on board.”
