We’re Shortlisted as a Finalist in the Cardiff Property Awards
We’re pleased to announce Pure Commercial Finance has been shortlisted as a finalist in the Financial category at the Cardiff Property Awards 2019.
About the Cardiff Property Awards
The inaugural Cardiff Property Awards celebrate the dynamic property sector in the Welsh capital. Covering both residential and commercial sectors, lettings and new builds, the awards look to recognise the projects shaping the city for the future.
The Financial category ‘seeks to recognise the essential support from financial professionals to the property sector in Cardiff’ and looks for work ‘specifically relating to work within the local property sector’.
The winners are set to be revealed at an afternoon awards ceremony on November 8th at the landmark Exchange Hotel in Cardiff Bay, so please wish us luck!
Pure Property Finance is Nominated!
Ben Lloyd, Managing Director and Co-Founder said:
“So far, 2019 has been a strong year for Pure Property Finance – we won two Bridging and Commercial Awards, were highly commended at the Business Moneyfacts Awards, and some of the team headed over to Cannes for MIPIM 2019 – and being recognised for our work in our home city makes me even prouder.
“The team really value the relationships they build with our clients and work tirelessly to help them find finance to transform both the local area and further afield, so being shortlisted is great recognition of this.
“We’re also incredibly happy to see that a number of the developers shortlisted are clients of ours and that the Development Finance specialists within Pure helped them to get their ventures off the ground, including The Moorwell development in Penarth by Project 3 Developments, who are shortlisted in both the Developer and the Residential categories. We’re all very much looking forward to the November event.”
