The role

  • Advising on the end-to-end process of property finance needed by our clients whether it be bridging finance, a second charge mortgage, a development project or a commercial mortgage
  • Liaise with 3rd parties (valuers, solicitors etc.) on behalf of the client/lender
  • Resolve complex situations 

Key responsibilities

  • Generating new business relationships with introducers throughout the UK via the telephone/social media/face to face meetings
  • Be responsible for handling new business enquiries as they come into the business
  • Placing new business into the market once assessed
  • Explain the range of financial services provided by the company, the benefits and positive impacts to clients in line with their financial requirements
  • Effectively manage your diary and pipeline of clients
  • Manage cases from enquiry to completion in a timely manner
  • Spot market gaps and fill these with new product launches by contacting your introducers and educating them on changes in the market. This will aid them in spotting referral opportunities with their clients
  • Use experience, tenacity and resilience to ensure that targets are met and exceeded
  • Build rapport with new clients, and keep rapport with existing clients
  • Maintain records in accordance with the FCA requirements

 Skills & Experience

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Second Charge or Bridging Finance (1 year for the right candidate)
  • CeMAP qualified
  • Experience in seeing a bridging transaction through from start to completion
  • Good communication and listening skills

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
