One of our clients recently came to us after her contractor left her job and her original bridging loan went into default. She had an impending appointment in court so was understandably distressed and obviously in desperate need of some professional help and financial rescue.

Using his experience, knowledge and contacts, Colin our Property Finance Specialist was able to complete her loan the day before she was due in court to face her original bridging lender. It was a close-run thing, but our client was, thanks to us, able to complete the refurbishment of her buy-to-let property too. Her rescue finance means our client is now a happy landlord.
