We’re proud to announce that Pure Property Finance has won the finance category at the Cardiff Property Awards!
What Are the Cardiff Property Awards?
The Cardiff Property Awards are an annual awards ceremony that seeks to celebrate the dynamic Cardiff property sector and those that help it thrive.
From residential to commercial, from lettings to new builds, Cardiff simply teems with clever property companies shaping our city’s destiny, and these prestigious awards highlight the best of the best.
A Little Info About Our Win…
In a stiff competition, up against major names such as Principality and Hodge Bank, Pure was named as the best in category at the Cardiff Property Awards 2020.
The judges commended us on how the business has continued to perform strongly, despite the effects of Covid-19, and praised how we have continued to focus on helping local property developers and property investors navigate the industry during the pandemic.
They said that Pure “had done much good for the city” by bringing money to many local development projects.
…But Wait, There is More!
One of the projects that Pure Property Finance funded also won an award. The Moorwell by Project 3 Developments in Penarth won the category of “best property development”.
The Moorwell is a mixed-use development comprising of a large commercial space and 12 luxury residences above it. The art deco building is iconic in Penarth and the Pure team have been proud to help P3D take it from a concept through to a finished development.
